Lil gem of a place, you can hop across from Aldi before hitting up the beach and it's definitely worth heading over for. Delicious food, killer pancakes, great local vibe. Not too expensive but it's on the higher side. Altogether a definite recommend.

If you live near here, then you are lucky!! Had an amazing home made burger (brisket burger 😋), with dirty fries. Whilst my family had a cheese burger/fries and chicken topped mac and cheese.
Everything was cooked to perfection, hot, and amazingly tasty, one of the best burgers I've had in a long while and competitively priced too. The fact they're homemade too is really appealing. The dirty fries with pulled pork were as cheap as a takeaway shack on the seafront which was selling frozen chips with rubbery cheddar on! They would be nowhere near as tasty as these, which were simply amazing. Don't go elsewhere when this place is here!
Service was simple, unobtrusive and professional, exactly what I'd expect in a grill/BBQ restaurant.
Great selection of craft beers and other drinks as well. With a great atmosphere, assisted by some 90s deep cuts as a soundtrack.
Highly recommended 😁- Service

I called here for a cheeky vegetarian breakfast. What a great treat. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the homemade hash browns were delicious. The Glamorgan sausages were so flavoursome and I loved their cheesy aftertaste. I had a decaf latte that was so nice I didn't even need to add any sugar! I shall return soon :-)

Great place for a stunning burger! The Pig Hunter & Jalapeño Poppers were super tasty! A really great selection of local craft beers as well. The staff were great as we had the side private area & had ordered in advance. All the food came out at a similar time 👌

They don't sell your regular everyday draught lager and cider, it's more craft and IPA, that sort of thing. I was able to test a couple before I decided on my drink for the evening.
The lads who served us were friendly and polite, so keep that going boys.
Few little boardgames if you have little ones with you, so you can keep them entertained.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the Big Bacon Burger from The Greedy Pig deserves every bit of praise I can give it. From the very first bite, it’s clear this isn’t just a burger—it’s an experience. The patty is cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and full of flavor, with that rich smokiness you only get when someone really knows what they’re doing behind the grill. Then there’s the bacon… thick-cut, crispy on the edges yet tender in the middle, layering the burger with that salty-sweet crunch that makes each mouthful better than the last.
The bun holds everything together without falling apart, soft yet sturdy, soaking up all the delicious juices without turning soggy. Add in the fresh toppings and the house sauce, and it’s honestly a masterpiece—every element complements the next in a way that feels indulgent but never overwhelming.
I’ve tried burgers all over, but this one honestly stands out as one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re anywhere near Portcrawl and you don’t try the Big Bacon Burger, you’re missing out on something special.- Service

Had the brisket burger and the dirty bird fries, brisket burger was absolutely gorgeous and so was the dirty bird fries if very spicy. Party shared the lamb lollipops which was gorgeous sample someone else's tandoori lamb fries and they was sublime. Bar had a few very good craft beer options on tap, and the staff was very informative and let us sample the difference beers before buying. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was very laid back and welcoming. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend it to anyone who's wanting a top quality burger and gorgeous fries, the craft ale selection was the cherry on the top, I'll definitely be coming back again, very impressive, only downside is the parking.- Parking
- It's street parking, which can be very difficult to find a spot at busier times, we struggle to find a spot and had to circle a few times

Lovely friendly service, made to feel very welcome. Food was delicious and chef was very accommodating letting us have something off the breakfast and main menu. 3 hungry kids satisfied and asked if they could come again - think that’s a sign of approval.

Absolutely love this place, the Burgers are amazing, cant recommend the Greedy Pig burger enough. The breakfasts are awesome too, theor home made hash browns are next level! Also the new Sunday lunches they now do are delicious! The portions are generous and the gravy is spot on. The vibe there is super laid back with nothing too much trouble. I would recommend booking in advance though its a very popular place.

Absolutely stunning burgers and are filled to the brim with toppings and it's also dirt cheap I have no idea how they make money. So overall I highly recommend.
